Dear Mr. Gleason,

Thank you very much for the rapid response, and the $620.76 estimate
associated with identifying and preparing records. It is very likely
that after the inspection I would like to have copies of some of the
records. It would greatly assist me in attaining the determination
concerning this issue if you could let me know whether or not copying
of the records is included in the $620.76 estimate.

If the estimate does not include cost of copying, then please let me
know the total number of pages anticipated, and the price of copying
per page.
