Subject: new budget request news-appeal for help update

Dear Colleagues,

Recently some of you brought to my attention two points concerning
documentation/correspondence already received from Dave Gleason in
connection with my May 6, 2015 travel budget request:

1. The Department's FY15 Budget Worksheet is not accurate.

2. Faculty members could not recall any Department discussions/decisions
concerning the $620.76 fee requested in the name of the Department.

Concerns have been raised that after the payment is executed the
budget material provided will be neither complete, nor accurate.

I hold the university officials to the highest ethical standards,
and trust they follow the relevant rules. To ensure that every
penny of the collected public funds will be put to good use I
requested David Gleason to address the faculty concerns.
