I have compiled the draft of February 23, 2016 faculty meeting minutes. 2. To minimize the email exchange on one hand, and to provide an opportunity for every faculty member's input I put the current draft on the web as an ASCII file (history.txt). 3. Minutes taking is a difficult job, and most probably I missed certain parts of the discussion. If you want to suggest changes then please: a. copy the latest version of minutes to your computer b. change the text as you see fit c. upload your text through the html form whose url is given below. The form requests to select your name from the drop down menu, the faculty member whose name is on the top of the form is No, Name. PLEASE do not forget to select YOUR name when you submit your update. After the submission your text (along with your name and the upload date/time) will be appended to history.txt. The last version of text will be brought to a faculty meeting for approval (approval of minutes at a faculty meeting is required by the bylaws). 4. I would like to ask you to do the editing within a week of the minute's publication (this way the final version will be ready for approval with two weeks of a meeting).
