However, I found one minor point that is contradictory and should be corrected. Section 5 on Election describes the process very clearly. According to this, Vote of Confirmation I is needed only when there is (i) only one candidate or (ii) neither of the two candidates gets a majority. Vote of Confirmation II is always required. However, Section 7 on Vote of Confirmation II, states that "They will vote on whether they approve a candidate who has satisfied other requirements through a Vote of Confirmation I". I suggest rewording as follows: "They will vote on whether they approve a candidate who has satisfied other requirements as described in Section 5." Thanks, Muruhan
