Subject: Peer Review Committee Report

Dear Seetharam,

1. Yesterday, July 15, 2013 I found my Peer Review Committee Report in the
Departmental mailbox, thank you very much.

2. After reading the report I understand that the Peer Review Committee also produced
a memo pertaining to the teaching part of my personal statement. This memo was not
enclosed together with the report. Please provide me with this memo
and all additional documents produced by my Peer Review Committee and already
forwarded to the chair.

3. As provided by the Faculty Handbook I am currently working on my response
to the chair. Today, more than two weeks after the deadline for report
completion, and more than a months after the report was completed and delivered to
the chair I am still not in a possession of the document in its entirety. The lack of
documentation hinders my work. Please let me know when the entire report will be
delivered to me.
